There is nothing quite like the atmosphere at the ground during our junior sessions, and the 2026 season has been one of our most vibrant yet. We are absolutely delighted to celebrate the successful conclusion of the summer, a year defined by the incredible progress and dedication of the rising stars here at Northchurch Cricket Club. This ceremony was a wonderful opportunity to express our formal gratitude to the parents and volunteers whose tireless support and organised efforts allow our junior section to thrive. We are immensely proud of every young player who represented the club this year, embodying the true spirit of the game.

Special Category Highlights

[]The prestigious Girls Player of the Year was awarded to Lola K. This club-wide accolade recognises Lola’s exceptional skill and her status as a role model for all our junior cricketers.[]Our Rookie awards are a highlight of the season, specifically recognising those who have picked up the bat for the first time and shown immediate promise. In the U11 Girls category, we were delighted to honour Harriet N (Batting), Lucia AM (Bowling), and Grace B (Fielding).
• A special mention must go to our "Double-Winners" who dominated their age groups: Jacob S (U13) and Daniel H (U14), who both secured individual discipline awards alongside their respective Player of the Year titles.

The sheer scale of this year's ceremony reflects the incredible vibrancy of our club, with a total of 54 Trophies awarded for individual excellence and over 100 medals distributed to our hardworking juniors. It has been a season to remember, filled with technical progress and immense club pride.
