A stellar half-century from Ketan Angris and a relentless pursuit of wickets secure maximum points against Hemel Hempstead.

The Northchurch CC 2nd XI travelled to Heath Park on May 9, 2026, to face Hemel Hempstead Town CC 4th XI in a Herts Premier Cricket League Division 8 West fixture. Hemel Hempstead won the toss and elected to field, hoping to utilize early conditions, but our side responded with a resilient batting performance to set the tone for the match.


The Northchurch CC 2nd XI produced a highly competitive total, reaching 194 all out in our 40 overs. The innings was anchored by a superb and aggressive knock from Ketan Angris, whose 50 runs included six boundaries and two sixes, providing the necessary momentum to the scoreboard.
