Northchurch welcomed Boxmoor on a glorious Sunday morning for the return fixture, with Boxmoor posting a strong total of 272 against Northchurch's 229.

Despite the result, Northchurch produced an excellent display in the field, with the bowling and fielding efforts providing plenty of highlights and making for a very enjoyable contest.

There were some outstanding contributions in the field. William was involved in two key dismissals, claiming a sharp catch and completing a run out. Further catches were taken by Ben, Zac and Sonny, all helping to keep the pressure on the Boxmoor batting line-up.

Dylan was particularly impressive with the ball. He made an immediate impact by bowling out a batsman with the very first delivery of his spell and later added another wicket, with William safely taking the catch to complete the dismissal.

The commitment, teamwork and energy shown throughout the innings were a pleasure to watch. On a lovely sunny Sunday morning, Northchurch's bowling and fielding performance was a real credit to the team and demonstrated great effort from everyone involved.
